PeaceHealth and Chaplin, MD assist professional criminals in crime cover-ups.

The Louisiana scumbags INJURED US THROUGH ATTACKS WITH CHEMICAL WEAPONS. Now, their filthy flunky PeaceHealth, being ordered to deny medical treatment and destroy evidence, readily complies.

After I protested corruption, public record falsification, cover ups of violent crimes, committed against me by Louisiana department of “justice,” Baton Rouge police department, and various other scumbags many of whom I have already named in my posts, they started persecuting and attacking me in various ways. I provided a short summary in this post:

I cannot emphasize it enough. There are people/animals who were not healthy to begin with. But we were healthy. Great genetics and basic understanding of physiology/biology: we ate good diets, drank only filtered water, we were not and would never be around smokers, even outside, and I never used any “chemicals” in or around the house, including things like synthetic heavily deodorized detergents, etc.

When the foul scumbags started attacking us with chemical weapons by pushing toxic chem- and bioagents into our residence through the ventilation system, I immediately opened all windows and doors and started reporting unlawful and criminal activity, including to the city of Baton Rouge and its police department. All my reports were ignored. I then attempted to stop the crime by filing a petition for injunction. I did everything exactly as the procedure requires, and then some more: I filed 1) a petition, 2) a sworn notarized affidavit affirming constant battery with chemical weapons that caused a deterioration of my health and my Family’s suffering, 3) a report showing that an indoor air was dangerously polluted, and 4) – I subpoenaed FIVE witnesses that were showing up for each hearing, ready to testify. But the hearing never took place. In short, the foul scumbags that were mandated by the existing law to hold a hearing on such a petition IN 2 DAYS BUT NO LATER THAN IN 10 DAYS WERE CRIMINALLY AND MALICIOUSLY, IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE LAW, SUPPRESSING IT FOR OVER 4 MONTHS. Shockingly, the hearing never took place.

All that time, the filthy criminals continued attacking us with chemical weapons.

After we moved to Oregon, the foul Louisiana criminals “followed” us to Oregon and started utilizing a national criminal network to obstruct courts in Oregon, prevent us from accessing “medical” care especially diagnostic procedures, lie to me regarding diagnosis of all the three victims, and, SHOCKINGLY – STEALING OUR TISSUES/LABORATORY SAMPLES THAT, AFTER SUSTAINING DAMAGE, DIRECTLY INFLICTED AND INDUCED BY THOSE CRIMINALS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE STUDIED HISTOLOGICALLY.

Without any doubt, the criminals know exactly what toxic agents and chemical weapons they were attacking us with in order to induce grave injuries and/or fatalities, and the foul scumbags’ goal is to ensure that they suppress and destroy evidence of their crimes — WHEN ALL THREE PREVIOUSLY ABSOLUTELY HEALTHY VICTIMS SUSTAIN GRAVE INJURIES OF THE SAME ETIOLOGY, THIS IS AN UNEQUIVOCAL EVIDENCE OF DELIBERATE, MALICIOUS, AND CRIMINAL ATTACKS WITH CHEMICAL WEAPONS by those degenerates on me and my Family.

I will write about indescribable sufferings of my precious, beautiful Rebecca and my Forrest in a separate post. Here, I will mention that they lost all their muscles, especially along the spines which started protruding for at least 7 cm. That would be 12-15 cm of a rapid muscle loss along the spine where all vital organs are located. Their SPLEENS and livers were severely damaged.

 In dogs, a latency period is at least in 5-8 times shorter than in a human.

When they were already sick, I was still in the latency period. But then I started to feel pain in my SPLEEN and liver. Of course, I knew right away that it was not normal for previously entirely healthy me. I emphasize spleen because the foul criminals attacked us with some toxins that impair and severely injure the spleens specifically. Of course, ours were absolutely healthy prior to the criminal attacks.

I got “established” with a nearby “physician” who was accepting new patients. That happened to be Jill Chaplin of PeaceHealth.

At first, Chaplin seemed normal and even willing to help. She ordered some tests which would not be able to find any early changes, of which I told her as I already did my research and knew that what I was experiencing was precisely the result of the vicious and criminal attacks with chemical weapons on us by the Louisiana criminals, and that it is not so easy to diagnose especially at an early stage.

Chaplin then consulted with an oncologist and was told to order a flow cytometry test for me:

She further wrote the following notes:

“I had spoken to the cancer specialist at Willamette Valley cancer. They recommended flow cytometry rather than MRI with contrast to determine if there is cancer present.”

In other words, MRI would not show or allow to diagnose any inflicted abnormalities on a cellular level but flow cytometry would.

Chaplin was very encouraging of me getting the test, and told me:

“If you want it, I will order it for you.”

Importantly — and the notes, made by Chaplin, clearly show that — she was the one who offered and recommended the test to me, I did not know anything about it at the time she first told me about flow cytometry. She wrote (see above) that I “wanted more information about it” and was “concerned it will be invasive.” I simply asked her what type of the test it was — does it test bone marrow or lymph nodes — which is invasive and done frequently. The quack did not know and did not bother to even check — she simply contacted an oncologist for a consultation and then parroted that information to me. Her notes also say that I will research it (since she could not answer any of my questions about the test and did not know anything about it), and then get back to her.

I am specifically emphasizing it as after the criminals reached out to that flunky and ordered her not to provide me with “medical” services, she started pretending that it was me who was insisting on that test. Sort of, “a patient asks for a test that she does not need, and that’s why it is not ordered.” Shameless lie! The notes above show that she recommended it, she was told by the oncologist to order it for me, and it was completely her initiative and suggestion. Only when the criminal cartel contacted Chaplin and ordered her to stop helping me, she started lying, perverting the facts, and falsifying the records.

I researched flow cytometry and realized that it would allow to see changes that are happening on a cellular level (contrary to any imaging, such as an MRI), and would even show how my DNA was damaged by the filthy criminals that bombarded us with chemical attacks.

I then told Chaplin that I would like to have flow cytometry done. Chaplin confirmed via the patient portal that she “will order it for me.”

At that time, where was no reason for me to doubt Chaplin. Everything that she was “promising” was done immediately.

Unquestionably, the bastards that have been carefully monitoring everything, including destroying evidence and deciding to what diagnostic tests I will or will not have access, interfered at that moment and ordered Chaplin and PeaceHealth not to order the test which might allow early diagnostic and show an extent of damage, inflicted by those despicable criminals.

The filthy flunkies of the dirty governments, Chaplin and PeaceHealth, readily complied. The test order was quietly, maliciously, and secretly canceled.

Thereafter, I tried for a very long time to find out what happened. Chaplin was not responding, was lying to me, was “out of the office” for weeks at a time. She was no longer responding to certain messages, sent to her through the patient portal but some “assistants” – every time a new one – whose names I did not know as they were not working with Chaplin, were “responding” to me.

I was finally able to make an appointment which was previously either unavailable or was canceled by some “assistant.” Prior to an appointment, I sent Chaplin a detailed message, showing that my symptoms have worsened and that I need to have the test, which she recommended and then confirmed that it will be ordered promptly MONTHS AGO, done.

At the appointment, Chaplin appeared to have turned into a zombie — she was suddenly “unable” to understand me and was robotically blabbering some nonsense.

I reminded Chaplin that she was actually the one who recommended the test, and who confirmed to me that she will order it — months ago. I checked the patient portal, trying to find the relevant messages and show them to Chaplin but… all important messages, especially the ones that pertained to flow cytometry, have been wiped out. I asked Chaplin what happened to the messages.

Chaplin claimed that she did not know and that she was now being told “NOT get flow cytometry,” further falsely claiming that the test will be useless, and providing yet another fraudulent excuse, now that “insurance” will not pay for it:

Note that the above message is dated Feb. 15 whereas she recommended the test for me in August, as seen in the first attached figure. After SIX MONTHS of lying, ducking, not responding to me regarding what happened to the ordered and confirmed test, she purportedly now was “trying” to order it and “calling” someone again for “advice.”

I responded that in the articles that I previously sent her — as now I was trying to convince her to order the correct test which she previously recommended but now was following the criminal scumbags’ orders not order the appropriate diagnostics for me — that flow cytometry will be valuable even when there are no “visible” changes can be yet detected. I also said that flow cytometry is an inexpensive test and I will pay for it myself:

The filthy government’s flunky ran out of excuses and blatantly said that she will not order the correct diagnostic test for me, specifically recommended by the specialist, which now the liar claimed the “specialist” told her to “not order,” and that she will not be able to “interpret results” anyway (not only it is clearly not true and I myself would be able to “interpret” the results but she was also refusing to refer me to the “specialist” who supposedly could interpret those results).

I then asked Chaplin why she even recommended it in the first place and promised that it will be ordered. I said that Chaplin should stick with her own words and promises:

Of course, the filthy government’s flunky did not respond except to tell me that her supervisor is James Sims and the clinic’s manager is Celeste Sather. I contacted the supervisor and the clinic manager through a letter. No response has been ever provided by either Sims or Sather.

I then asked Chaplin to document the progression of my symptoms which I was reporting to her and which was maliciously wiped out by the criminals from the patient’s portal. No response or requested action.

Instead, filthy Chaplin scribbled in my “records” that I was purportedly “overdue” on “vaccinations.” I told Chaplin to stop lying and immediately delete those falsities which I stated I do not authorize her to place in my “records.” No response.

Thereafter, I noticed that Chaplin and PeaceHealth deleted certain documents such as test results and notes, made by another physician. I confronted Chaplin and demanded that a copy of the deleted records be provided to me. No response.

At that point, Chaplin completely turned into a zombie. Supposedly, in response to my inquiry about deleted records, she “referred” me to an ENT. I asked her why did she do that — while refusing to refer me to a hematologist or order the necessary test – for months — she “referred” me to the ENT whereas my only complaint at all times was spleen and liver pain and some other symptoms that resulted from CRIMINAL ATTACKS WITH CHEMICAL WEAPONS ON ME AND MY FAMILY:

I sent that message on March 11. At the time, I still was waiting for the response – for over three weeks – from the supervisor Sims and the manager Sather, as Chaplin was lying to me that they were “out of office” but “will contact” me soon. I also was waiting for an explanation why the portions of my records were maliciously wiped out and waited that Chaplin would document my symptoms that I was reporting as well as delete falsities that she scribbled in my “records.”

On March 14, I received a notification that supposedly there was a new message, placed for me in the “patient portal.” I logged in to see it, and that is what I saw:

The criminals simply deactivated the entire account, wiping out all the remaining patient portal’s messages.

That is the criminals’ response to all valid requests and attempts to uncover the truth and challenge the criminal dealings: destruction of evidence and cover-up.

When I requested the records, indicating that I need the copies of the entire file, the filthy criminals sent me only a copy of my visit with a nurse practitioner who saw me once when Chaplin was not available. That would be 2% of the entire record, and the filthy scumbags sent that in response to the official request for full records. What’s more — they fraudulently designated in their falsifications that nurse practitioner as my “PCP” — apparently, they destroyed the entire record just like they wiped out the portal patient profile and all documents.

The scumbags that inflicted the injuries on us have continued criminally obstructing my access to certain diagnostic tests and “medical” services. When I left filthy PeaceHealth and got “established” with another government’s flunky, Jameson, ND from Oregon “integrated health,” exactly the same scenario has happened — flow cytometry was ordered and then maliciously, secretly, and criminally cancelled. I tried several other clinics and centers and the criminals have obstructed my all attempts to access care.

The biggest cooperation and crime cover ups have been coming from the filthy and corrupt courts.

That is the most important element that the majority does not realize or understand — I could easily sue the bastards as the existing law strongly supports my position, including to restrain the criminals from obstructing my access to “medical” care.

But the “courts” are the integral part of the criminal racketeering enterprise to such an extent that many, sadly, do not realize as this is being hidden from the public.

So far, the Ninth Circuit has been continuing what filthy Aiken has perpetuated:
