"You have collected essential parts of the puzzle!" - It's amusing (and sad at the same time) to see how the federal courts - including appellate! - the Fifth and the Ninth circuits - do "not understand" what I am talking about and through the use of fraud and deception block and suppress any possibility of my meaningful access to courts.
Now they again steal my mail - it could be very clearly seen by examining the tracking events - to prevent my documents from being delivered to the court. Usually they do not have to use such cheap and pathetic tricks. With me, they use every possibility to suppress my legal action. And those courts work closely together with other criminals.
That discovery of an existence of the tight, close network of the criminals is mind-blowing. Who would have thought that the entire system is so criminal and lots of conniving and planning is going on among those we are told could not possibly be coordinating their dirty dealings.
In my case, I believe, it's only bots poking into my computer and sometimes erasing some of my e-mail, both incoming and outgoing. :)
They might be doing you a favor by disabling your chance to go to court. As you must have also noticed, courts are compromised and the presiding judge can fundamentally influence the outcome of a trial (but serious cases are not even given a day in court) by allowing/disallowing evidence/witnesses/experts. Quite often, it's your own attorney that screws you. :)

I am very well aware of the outrageous corruption and endless deceit, fraud, and simulation of the "proceedings" by the filthy courts. What they do is also a crime.
But it does not mean that I will stop challenging their criminal dealings because they steal and intercept my mail.
By going to court, I am trying - among other things - to stop the criminals from blocking my access to medical services in order to cover up the crimes of poisoning of me and my Family, as explained in this post. So, no, by further abusing me and further committing the crimes against me they are not doing me a "favor."
What I meant by favor was a waste of time in court and the possibility to be sued for the other party's legal expenses. You and I seem to share our opinions of courts...

In the US, courts theoretically operate based on Natural Law (based on tradition, that is, previous verdicts, interpreted by the jury, although lawyers hate runaway juries and the judge usually instructs the jury before deliberation only to determine if the accused is guilty or not, but do not judge if the law is fair and applicable, which directly goes against the very essence of the jury system), and the losing party of a court case having to pay the winner is not supposed to happen, as it does at courts in the rest of the world that operate under Positive Law (aka. written law, usually interpreted by the presiding judge). The US system is supposed to protect equality under the law. On the other hand, cases tried as criminal cases can be considered "reckless endangerment of life and limb" in the US, so the defendand, after found innocent, can sue the accuser for legal expenses and more. This practice has been picking up in the last 30 years and is used to silence opposition. Originally, it was introduced against court sharks who came in with trumped-up charges and settled out of court, which saved money for the defendant...
