Criminals of Louisiana department of "justice" and Baton Rouge police department, together with other filthy public officials and private actors, COMMIT AND COVER UP CRIMES.

Criminals-in-law never get convicted, "caught," or exposed. They control the narrative and dumb down the population to the extent that it is unable to recognize and comprehend what is going on.

This is a short summary of the long story, and I intend to follow with shorter, focused posts about each important development. This post was not written in attempt to “share” about myself or seek sympathy or support. My goal is to show just how corrupt and cunning your government is, how well it coordinates its criminal dealings, and how dangerous it is to believe that anyone (not connected with corruption or wealth) has any “constitutionally guaranteed rights.”

“Страна должна знать своих героев” – “People must know their heroes” or “The country must know its heroes” used to be a very popular slogan in the Soviet Union and Russia. It apparently dates back to 1931 and was pushed into circulation by the newspaper “Pravda” (“The truth”). Gradually, it lost its “patriotic” flavor and became something akin a joke or teaser. Did exceptionally well on the test? The teacher will praise you in front of the whole class and almost certainly finish her announcement with that catchphrase.

Today, I am going to modify that phrase into a more appropriate version – “The country must know its scumbags.” Those scumbags hide in plain sight and are your government, law enforcement, judges, and doctors. Those greedy, cowardly, and devoid of integrity humanoids are the most dangerous criminals there are. More than anything they are afraid of being exposed and unmasked so that everyone would see just what is behind that phony façade they have been masquerading for decades while criminally profiting, destroying lives, and violently silencing and subduing anyone whom them perceive as a threat to their bogus image of “integrity” and “decency.” 

That is why the phony “investigative journalism” in all its forms is so political and artificial. If something is being “uncovered” and promoted by the corporate media or controlled opposition, or is readily available on the internet, that is a sign that the story has been “approved” and intentionally being offered to the public.

It took me some time to realize why all purported “investigative journalists” entirely ignore the true stories that show ghastly and criminal behaviors of the “government,” often backed up by numerous documents, but moon over some trivial (in terms of the degree of “ghastliness” of the government’s misconduct) stories and sensationalize them. Not only one has to be able to purchase “coverage” but the “story” must also be “approved” by the government to be aired and promoted. The more incriminating it is, the higher is its price tag, with some being so inconvenient that they cannot be “purchased.”

I also learned that a litmus test is not when the “government” purports to “discredit” someone and calls them “misinformation spreaders” but when it ensures that as few as possible could ever hear about the story, theory, evidence, etc. To achieve that, the “government” buries the incriminating publications and “uncomfortable” materials, making them “undiscoverable” on the internet, and “bans” the truth teller on all social media and community forums (“google reviews” would be one example).

Again, this is just a summary. Before I can focus on the specific portions of the story which I intend to address in separate posts where I can attach some documents, photographs, and videos, I found that this summary post is needed. The purpose of this publication is not to talk or tell about myself but to expose the bogus “legal,” “law enforcement,” “justice,” and “medical” system that is being controlled and simulated by the criminals.

How it all started:

I was physically attacked and injured by the psychopath that pretended to be my dating partner. He worked (and apparently still works) for Louisiana department of “justice.” I reported a crime to Baton Rouge police department and for over a year tried to make the policemen-criminals to accept evidence, properly document it, investigate, and charge the perpetrator with the crime. The corrupt policemen falsified the records and would not allow me to obtain a copy of that public record for over eight months. I was filing public record requests but an attorney that I hired to assist me was working in tandem with the corrupt public officials and quietly closing the requests behind my back and then lying to me that I must not seek any public records otherwise the attacker would “never be convicted.” Notably, shortly after that “attorney” proved her criminal-mindedness, she was “promoted” and now works for Louisiana department of “justice.”

In eight months of trying to get the police file through public record request, I unexpectedly obtained a copy of that file that the dirty cops would not release to me through the third party. It was shockingly falsified – not surprisingly the criminals did not want to give it to me. I contacted everyone in Baton Rouge police department who was “in charge,” pointing to the falsities in the report, requesting to review my case, and charge with the crime the bastard who injured me. I started with the gormless “detective” to whom my case was purportedly assigned and then contacted several other scumbags, including chief of police. In response, I was either blatantly lied to and abused or entirely ignored.

I then attempted to obtain a protective order against the batterer and witnessed an outrageous corruption among the “judges”-criminals and all staff of the nineteenth judicial district court of Louisiana.

I contacted Louisiana department of “justice,” including this filthy scumbag, Landry, requesting that he reviews the case where an “investigation” was faked and falsified and brings his employee to justice. No response has been ever provided by Landry.

I also contacted – for the fourth time – the district attorney of the nineteenth judicial district of Louisiana. All three previous communication attempts were ignored but that fourth one sent specifically with the signature confirmation was “answered.” Although I requested a response in writing, an assistant district attorney called me and in a casual manner chirped that she wants to “chat” with me. By that time, I was already entirely exhausted and fed up with the corrupt scumbags that I had been tirelessly contacting for over a year and sending official letters, evidence, fighting to be able to simply review public records – all to no avail. Immediately sensing deception to which by that time I had already grown accustomed, I said that I am not interested in “chatting.” I sent a serious correspondence, demanding that criminal charges that were long overdue be filed against the batterer on the basis of available evidence.

After ending that phone call and thinking about how that filthy assistant district attorney Melanie Fields tried to manipulate and convince me to stop seeking justice and cease my attempts to make the corrupt law enforcement to follow the law, I realized that the police, the district attorney office, the corrupt state courts (also here, and here), and the criminals of the Louisiana department of justice conspired to cover up the crimes, committed against me and all that purported investigation and everything that happened in the past year was a complete sham and masquerade.

I then composed and sent an email to Fields, telling her that if she chooses to join the crime cover ups, I will try to expose not only “the criminals that run Baton Rouge police department and Louisiana department of justice” but also the district attorney’s office.

The persecution has ensued:

I sent that email on December 4, 2018. Immediately, the criminals (and here) took control over all electronic accounts that I had. I created a separate protonmail account and contacted over a dozen of supposed “investigative journalists.” The criminals instantly took control over that protonmail, enabled password reset, changed the password, and enabled daily notifications of all emails to their email address. I was unable to access that account and see if anyone responded to me. (Considering that the so-called “investigative journalism” is another hoax, almost entirely dominated by the controlled opposition, it is most likely that no one responded. However, the criminals clearly did not want to take a chance).

The information that I posted on my blog was partially removed and the blog was made “invisible” and did not appear in the search results at all.

I never had any social media but at that time tried to create the accounts and they all were immediately deactivated. At that time, the intrusion and tyrannical control by those criminals was truly scary and barbaric. Later, after I tried to voice my concerns and attract attention to it, they adopted a more sophisticated, ghost-like manner of the absolute control and surveillance.  

Attack in the “medical” office:

On December 11, 2018 — just in 7 days after I made the statement of my willingness to expose their corruption, I have been attacked in a purported “medical” office and injected with a corrosive-like substance that partially dissolved my eyelids. That was my first time visiting a purported “ophthalmologist” – I never had any issues with my eyes (or with my overall health at that time). It was just horrible and when I went to seek help elsewhere (and here) such as to remove scars and wounds on my eyelids – chemical burns and their aftermath – that were caused by that vicious attack, no charlatan wanted to diagnose me. The so-called medical board never investigated and I was not permitted by the criminals to sue filthy Small. All the lawsuits that I filed in connection with that outrageous “medical” battery, were unlawfully suppressed by the filthy Louisiana state and federal courts (not dismissed through a proper, regular procedure but barbarically suppressed in violation of the law).

All that will be addressed in a separate publication.

On around December 11, 2018, one of my beloved dogs has been also mysteriously injured – I will write about it as well.

Secretly and quietly “discharged” from work, unable to work from home due to malicious interferences, unable to live in peace:

Around December 18, 2018, I was quietly and without any explanation “discharged” from Louisiana state university where I worked at that time. During my entire employment there, I never received any negative feedback or negative evaluation of my work. So that “discharge” was not based on any negative history of the performance as there was none.

Suddenly, I was unable to work from home either because someone would cut off my internet, block my devices at the router point, change the password on my network – exactly at the times when I needed to be online to maintain my employment. I changed several routers trying to make them more secure, called the internet provider numerous times – all to no avail.

The manner of persecution, control, and barbaric censorship at that time was terrifying – they simply were not trying to hide it at all and apparently wanted to scare me into silence and compliance.

I tried to stop that, using legal methods but the barbarians have obstructed the courts, as they always do. I partially wrote about it here, and will follow with a more focused, shorter posts.

The persecution by the criminals continues: physical attacks and attacks with chemical weapons:

After the federal court in Louisiana unlawfully suppressed my suit and then unlawfully “dismissed” it in violation of the Federal Rules and the precedents, it went on appeal and I had to wait for nearly a year before middle district of Louisiana was reversed, and I could even refile my complaint. That corrupt federal court, by suppressing my suit, literally has been aiding the defendants – with whom it has symbiotic relationships – in their crimes, and has been encouraging the criminals that I was suing to continue with their atrocities.

As I stated above, after I protested discrimination and corruption, and stated that I will try to expose the wrongdoers should they not stop their dirty dealings, I was quickly and quietly “discharged” from my work at Louisiana state university and the criminals started interfering with my livelihood and preventing me from working normally and living peacefully. (I always laugh when I hear about the purported “fighters of the system” that make millions – including on this very platform. Apparently, the government is very generous and allows their “enemies” to profit and prosper).

I had a great housing situation but was literally forced to move. Because the criminals were interfering with my work and my employment as well, and I was determined to stay in Louisiana to fight for my rights, such as criminal justice - still naively having no idea that I was dealing with the uttermost filth - I moved to whichever housing I was able to find at that time.

Although it looked acceptable on the outside at first (isn’t it always?), it ended up to be a filthy ghetto.

There, entirely unprovoked, I was attacked by some deranged negro that approached me from the back and hit with a wooden block, shattering my right scapula.

I called the Baton Rouge police but the scumbags did not even come. I was told by the police operator that the ghetto manager told the police not to come (and the police “complied.”). Finally, because I insisted, the three negroes – the dirty cop and the two ghetto “managers” (this and this) showed up together – staring at me with their evil eyes and twisted in a grimace of rage, hatred, and immeasurable sense of entitlement pit bull faces.

Long story short – the police’s scumbag did not even document what happened and “classified” aggravated battery as “miscellaneous.” Thereafter, I contacted the police numerous times and went there with evidence, requesting that the fraudulent “report” be corrected. I spoke with the sergeant, Bonaventure, who told me that he was shocked that “(his) boys” did not do anything properly, and stated that it would be corrected and the scumbag that attacked me would be charged.

In just a few minutes thereafter, after speaking with his supervisor, Bonaventure told me that his “superiors” told him not to correct the report and that he was sorry but because “they outrank” him, there was nothing he could do.

I contacted various scumbags in that filthy police department, and was entirely ignored by all that filth.

Immediately after the vicious attack, I and my Family started being subjected to the horrific attacks by chemical toxins, including constant toxic secondhand smoke of drugs and tobacco that was being pushed into our unit. As always, I tried to stop it, using legal ways. I submitted dozens of reports to the criminals in the Baton Rouge police that were hired to supposedly control production and usage of illegal drugs. Each and every report has been entirely ignored by the scumbags.

My health started deteriorating. I kept the doors and windows open at all times because it was impossible to remain in that unit otherwise. I tested indoor air and it was dangerously polluted. I then filed a petition for a preliminary injunction to stop the battery by toxic chemicals and particulate matter.

The applicable laws mandate that a preliminary injunction hearing be held “not less than two nor more than ten days” and “shall be assigned for hearing at the earliest possible time, and…take precedence over all matters.”

This foul, fetid scumbag, Wilson Fields, and other involved criminals were – without any reason whatsoever - corruptly “continuing” and suppressing it for four months and then unlawfully “dismissed” it when I could not come to the yet another one “rescheduling” masquerade. Otherwise, without any doubt the foul scumbags and psychopaths would have “continued” it for as many months as I would have allowed them to abuse me. For each of those bogus “hearings” that never took place and each was without any legally acceptable reason “continued” and “rescheduled,”  I was coming to that filthy courtroom of the foul scumbag Fields with five (5) subpoenaed witnesses.

The poisoning of me and my two wonderful and incredibly loved, precious Golden Labradors deserves a separate post which will be produced in time. Here, I will note that the consequences of the toxic attacks have been devastating.

To cover up their crimes and the extent of damage that those rabid criminals have inflicted on me and my Family – all three individuals who used to be exceptionally healthy – the scumbags have been secretly sabotaging our access to medical care, having their complicit corrupt puppets to intentionally “misdiagnose” us, destroying evidence, falsifying records, etc.

Rebecca died because the foul scumbags instructed the filthy, corrupt “veterinarians” to lie to me, misinform me about Rebecca’s health, and falsify the records. If her spleen were removed, she would have lived because splenectomy is often curative for dogs with splenic lymphoma.

When Forrest got his spleen removed because it was also severely damaged by the chemical attacks, inflicted on us by the criminals, it was maliciously and criminally destroyed/stolen by those scumbags to prevent the spleen from being examined histologically.

I never had any issues with my health but started having pain in my spleen and other symptoms following the chemical batteries. The latency period in canines is shorter in at least 5-7 times than in a human. I went to see a “doctor” who did some basic tests which were inconclusive as those rarely diagnose even a late-stage lymphoma. Then, that “doctor” told me that she spoke with an oncology specialist who instructed her to order the specialized tests for me which used to diagnose an early-stage splenic lymphoma, usually undetectable by other testing methods, and would be able to even show how my DNA has been damaged by toxic exposure.

The “doctor” confirmed to me that the tests were ordered. As, prior to that moment, I had no reason to doubt her words as everything that she was saying was being done on the same day, at first I did not realize that something was wrong. I waited, and waited, and waited. Then, I contacted that “physician” to inquire what happened with those test orders that were placed, and was trying to get in touch or get a response for months whereas she was supposedly unavailable, was “not in” for weeks at a time, and was not responding to my messages, sent through the patient portal.

Finally, after a litany of fraudulent “excuses,” she said that she will not order it for me. I reminded her that she was the one who suggested it to me, wrote it in my chart, and confirmed that it had been already ordered. I went to find all those messages and realized that they were…wiped out. Carefully and maliciously, everything was deleted that pertained to the tests that she was telling me about and then confirming that the tests have been ordered. All messages in which I was reporting to her my new symptoms and she was responding, also have been criminally deleted. The “doctor” turned into a complete zombie and no longer “understood” my questions.

Approximately 10 months ago, the criminals ordered that corrupt “doctor” not to order the appropriate diagnostic procedures for me, and not to provide an accurate diagnosis. After I realized that the filthy flunky was following the dirty “government’s” orders, I attempted to find other physicians or see a specialist. No one would “see” me and certainly no one would “order” the tests that have been specifically recommended prior to when the foul scumbags have interfered.

Note that I am no longer in Louisiana. I am in Oregon. But the scumbags-criminals operate jointly and my relocation across the country did not hinder their ability to persecute me, destroy evidence of the crimes they have committed against me and my Family, and obstruct courts.

If you read this substack and there are no more posts, please know who are responsible for my departure. This is not a joke or an attempt to get some “attention.” It is very clear to me that the criminals continue with their abuse and persecution. Today, when anyone can be eliminated quietly, there is no knowing what criminals-in-law that do not respond to anyone would do.

I have excellent genetics. All, especially women in my family, live long lives. My both grandmothers have lived for 95+, still remaining healthy, never being seriously sick in their lives, not relying on any “medicine,” but most importantly – still having mental clarity and fantastic memory. If left alone, with high probability, I will follow their steps. So, if I am not here, you know where I am.
