Criminals-in-law never get convicted, "caught," or exposed. They control the narrative and dumb down the population to the extent that it is unable to recognize and comprehend what is going on.
So sorry to read this and learn of your persecution. Please look into becoming a state national --American state national--Anna von Reitz's work --tasa.americanstatenationals.org--it will protect your status as a private national/citizen out of their jurisdiction--perhaps the attacks will stop.
I will look at it. But since they do everything "in secret," I do not think that any formality would stop them.
My issue is that I wanted to hold them accountable, and have been "fighting" them so that I can get some criminal justice for what has been done to me. I wanted them to stop falsifying records, obstructing courts, discriminating against me, and have been trying to expose their corruption.
Not just by some "generalizations," like many substacks do, but actually naming everyone who has been participating in the atrocities. That they did not like. If I simply walked away and accepted their initial discrimination and abuse, I think they likely would not touch me.
But the issue still remains - I want to be able to sue them because I have a very strong case, and they have been literally artificially unlawfully suppressing it, lying about the facts, the law, etc. Absolutely all those "courts" work in tandem with that law enforcement. But because they silence me (they intentionally do it so that I have an extremely low, almost nonexistent visibility on the internet, e.g., I am not "allowed" to have or use any mainstream social media, etc.), I cannot bring any public awareness to the issue.
Nearly all "investigative journalists" are just the controlled opposition and only "cover" the government-approved “stories.”
I watched some of your videos and read some articles, mostly on your everydayconcerned website. I remember you stated that you covered many stories of the victims. I even wanted to try and contact you by writing to you on the everydayconcerned. Maybe you could cover my story?

Yes I hear you, there is incredible corruption ongoing and entrenched related to Law Enforcement, the court system, the FBI, Department of Justice, and unfortunately it is only the kind of exposure that real victims do which exposes it. Alt media/true media seems to operate in layers and circles and sometimes people pick up stories when they see someone covering it.
I think your story is definitely the kind which true media would cover if someone covered first. It's really commendable you are using Substack to expose the crime and I hope Substack will help you reach a wide audience -- but they too I suspect are being controlled (they are in my case, they have literally turned the throttles on with the shadowbanning).

They do their crimes in broad daylight and do they really think no-one should speak or write about it? The absurdity! You know, I adopted that “criminals-in-law” from the Russian phrase “thief-in-law” – the legalized criminal whose crimes profit corrupt governments, particularly in the context of stolen (from the nature and all the people) natural resources. I have just checked Wikipedia and it says this:
“The phrase ‘Thief in Law’ is a calque of the Russian slang phrase "вор в зако́не", literally translated as "a thief in [a position of] the law", that can have two meanings in Russian: "a legalized thief" and "a thief who is the law". Note that Vor [вор] came to mean "thief" no earlier than the 18th century; before that it meant "criminal" (and it still means that in the professional criminal argot).”
So actually historically, at least in the Russian language, “thief” used to mean “criminal” in general, not just the one who steals. Without knowing it, I have apparently returned that phrase to its original meaning in my writing (using a loan translation/calque).
I hope the “court of public opinion” will be powerful in my case. But I still have my doubts.
There has been certainly a massive falsification of the records, including by the courts and especially by the courts – which is truly outrageous. Basically, just a falsification that had been manufactured to assist in crime cover ups. And that is a FEDERAL APPELLATE COURT. What the corrupt state courts and lower federal courts have been doing is even more outrageous.

I listened to the story of your unlawful kidnapping and detention and read your press release. So sorry that it happened and I am glad that it ended without them being able to do any atrocities that they apparently planned/tried.

My personal theory is that they are simply bastards. It’s genetics.
I have met people who would not want to do anything with that “government” or corporations, and would never work in places where they are “required” to lie, commit crimes, falsify documents, etc. I like to call those inherently good people “saints” (in a non-religious sense). They are not greedy. They do not want to “climb” or profit (through any kind of dishonesty). They also do not want to belong to that “club.”
Importantly, even if they wanted to, they would not be accepted. Just like I have already said in a couple of my other posts and comments – the “government” (and “corporations”) profile people and select only the filthiest. Be it even a secretary or clerk – they all do ghastly things, as has been repeatedly observed.
Ironically, I have also noticed that every scumbag I have dealt with in those filthy city-parish and state, has been steadily promoted. And anyone who had even traces of integrity was demoted, discharged, or simply resigned.

I was about 10 years old when, (mostly) thanks to my parents, I realized that accepting their game and playing it would be much worse than ignoring them entirely.
And I was always ignoring them. Always thought of myself as “apolitical.”
But when the crimes have been committed against me and I wanted to have those very basic, minimal rights that their law, not mine, says I absolutely should be able to have but the scumbags have maliciously robbed me of those rights, I could no longer ignore that filth and not at least try to hold those criminals accountable as simply accepting it and walking away felt like betraying myself.
I think “soul” is a religious and not scientific concept. I think that if biological organisms have “souls,” they must be in their brains. Hence, all that nastiness and corruptness is inherited and genetically predisposed.
Ironically, all that filth I write about successfully sells itself as “good people.” If you click on some links, you’d see the innocently looking faces of those foul scumbags. Sadly, the public is largely hypocritical and/or birdbrain enough to not even question it.
On substack, there are so many fraudsters that purport to “fight tyranny” but actually are pro-government. And people also accept that and apparently believe that they are part of something significant.
