Pictured above is a “chief judge” of the nineteenth judicial district court of Louisiana, located in Baton Rouge. That rabid criminal’s name is Wilson Fields.

Together with the dozens of its co-conspirators, such as Baton Rouge police department, Louisiana department of “justice,” district attorney’s office for the nineteenth judicial district of Louisiana, city-parish attorney’s office, Baton Rouge city court, US court for the middle district of Louisiana, US attorney’s office for the same district, the FBI Baton Rouge/New Orleans office, and many other scumbags and crooks that work for these and similar criminal establishments as well as corrupt private actors, had been intentionally bombarding me and my precious Family with chemical weapons and toxic bioagents and chemicals.

I wrote about many aspects of the criminal persecution in this short summary, and also have been making the more focused posts to explain to the public why the criminals started attacking me in the first place. To this post, I have attached various documents and demonstrated that the dirty cops falsified a criminal investigation of the crime, committed against me.

After I protested their criminal falsification and the crime cover up, and stated that I will try to expose the corruption of the criminals in charge of the Baton Rouge police department and Louisiana department of “justice,” those criminals started persecuting, silencing, hurting me physically, and committing other atrocities against me. The scumbags have interfered with all spheres of my life: my employment, my housing, and my health.

Thereafter, the scumbags started attacking me with chemical weapons, neurotoxins, bioagents, chemical toxins, and extraordinarily dense and disgusting secondhand smoke of illegal drugs and tobacco. All those horrific fumes were being diverted into our unit.

I submitted dozens of complaints to the filthy “managers” of that place and to the filthy public officials of the city of Baton Rouge whose job duties were to specifically control illegal activities, such as usage and production of illicit drugs. Absolutely all my reports and complaints were maliciously and criminally ignored.              

As a last resort, I filed a petition for an injunctive relief in an appropriate court.

Per La. Code Civ. Proc. art. 3602, a preliminary injunction hearing MUST be held “not less than two nor more than ten days” after service of the notice and “shall be assigned for hearing at the earliest possible time, and…take precedence over all matters.” See La. Code Civ. Proc. art. 3606.

The foul scumbags and criminals in charge of the city of Baton Rouge and state of Louisiana had been unlawfully and criminally suppressing the mandatory hearing for FOUR MONTHS. The hearing NEVER took place.

As a way of criminal abuse by those filthy scumbags, it was being “rescheduled” numerous times without any permissible by the law reason or without any legal or factual reason at all. La. Code Civ. Proc. art. 3606 says that a preliminary injunction hearing could only be rescheduled in the event of a declared state of emergency but even then, must take place no later than in five days thereafter.

Numerous times, I was coming to that yet another session of the criminal abuse, being fully prepared and accompanied by the FIVE SUBPOENAED WITNESSES. Every time, the filthy scumbag Fields would just stare at me with its ugly evil eyes, and tell me that it decided to “reschedule” the hearing.

To initiate that injunction matter, I filed a carefully drafted petition, supported by a sworn notarized affidavit, and a sworn notarized affidavit of the third party.

I provided a very detailed account of serious and continuous irreparable harm that was being caused to me and my Family, affirming that my health had deteriorated and that I was being bombarded with toxins and other poisonous fumes, and that it was impossible to remain in the unit unless all windows and both doors – front and back – were opened. I demonstrated very clearly that my life was in danger not only due to the constant toxic and chemical assault but because it was impossible to even close the doors and windows. I filed into the record of that suit the results of an indoor air testing that showed that air in my unit was dangerously polluted with toxins.

Notwithstanding all that, the evil and cruel criminal, Fields, continued violating the law and inflicting injuries on me and my Family by the way of criminally blocking any meaningful access to the courts.

This detestable, wretched, and horrid scumbag – Wilson Fields – is directly responsible, together with its co-conspirators, for the criminal abuse, described in this post, and the injuries that it caused.

After I and My Family have been intentionally, criminally, and maliciously bombarded with toxic chemicals and injured by scumbag Fields and its coconspirators, ALL THREE – PREVIOUSLY ENTIRELY HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS AT WHOM THOSE HORRID ATTACKS WERE DIRECTED – SUSTAINED SEVERE DAMAGE OF THE SAME ETIOLOGY TO THE SPLEEN AND LIVER .

In order to cover up their crimes, the rabid scumbags “followed” us to Oregon where they have enlisted the willing corrupt coconspirators to cooperate with them in the criminal dealings and take criminal orders from those foul criminals, including Fields.

The fact that ALL THREE PREVIOUSLY HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS have sustained and developed similar injuries, is unquestionably direct and clear evidence that we were being intentionally and viciously attacked with chemical weapons by that Louisiana filth, including Fields.

For that reason, the rabid scumbags have been preventing us from obtaining proper medical help, stealing/destroying removed organs and tissues to prevent them from being examined histologically, lying to me and intentionally misinforming me regarding the health of my Family, and preventing me from having access to certain medical procedures that had been already ordered by a physician but then secretly and maliciously canceled. I simply cannot obtain certain diagnostics because they are being intentionally and criminally blocked. I was even trying to obtain them by paying for them out of pocket and not through the insurance. No difference — I am “not allowed” to have them done due to the criminal design. The criminals have been falsifying and destroying our so-called “medical” records, including by stealing certain copies from my home.

As always, the scumbags entirely obstruct all courts, including the federal court in Oregon. It is very clear, as I have been repeatedly saying, that all those criminals operate jointly — it is a network of the criminals-in-law.

Because of the fetid, foul, and fiendish scumbag and criminal Fields, and many other criminals that I faithfully name and continue naming in my posts in order to bring public awareness to the extent of atrocious conduct of your criminal “government,” my beautiful little girl, Rebecca, died.

It remains to be seen what would happen to the other two victims.
