The “cancer center” claims that it does “not diagnose cancer” and does “not order diagnostic tests.”
I cannot believe that I am writing about cancer. I, almost certainly, would have never gotten any “cancer” in my life as there is virtually no cancer in my family.
I have been attacked with chemical weapons by the criminals and all three of us — I and my two wonderful Dogs — have been induced cancer which, as it appears – since we have been either prevented by the criminals from having diagnostic tests done and/or our tissues that were supposed to be studied histologically have been stolen by the criminals so there is no way to know for sure – is splenic lymphoma.
“The primary splenic lymphoma is extremely uncommon, can present with grave complications…In view of vague clinical presentation, it is difficult to arrive at the diagnosis. In such circumstances, histopathological diagnosis is very important. A precise diagnosis can only be made on histopathology and confirmed on immunohistochemistry.”
Forrest’s spleen was stolen by the scumbags although after it was removed, it was supposed to be examined histopathologically. And I have been trying to obtain an immunohistochemistry test, specifically recommended to me, for a YEAR but the filthy scumbags have been blocking my access to the procedure.
Splenic lymphoma is extremely rare and yet all three of us — previously entirely healthy — got it. Although the criminals have been blocking our access to procedures and stealing my property — the samples and tissues which, I was assured, were sent to the lab for a histopathological study — there are lots of clinical and other evidence that fits the description.
Unquestionably, what all three of us have been induced is IDENTICAL.
Of course, the filthy criminals have been targeting us deliberately, with precision, bombarding us with very specific and potent toxins that invariably would induce that horrible disease which is also difficult to diagnose.
Their criminal aggressive suppression of our access to the diagnostic tests, stealing of organs and “medical” records, falsification and destruction of the records and evidence, and close work with the filthy federal courts to unlawfully block meaningful access to courts also show that the malicious criminal bastards deliberately attacked us and have been religiously covering up the evidence of their crimes.

In that post, I showed that I was being criminally denied access to an immunohistochemical test which was maliciously and secretly canceled after being specifically recommended and ordered.
When I tried to find out what happened, the “records” were criminally wiped out, I was being lied to, the entire “patient portal” account was deactivated, and when I requested the “official” full records, the two inconsequential items out of the requested hundred pieces were mailed to me on a CD. That pertained to a single visit with a nurse practitioner when Chaplin, my then “PCP,” was unavailable. In other words, the lying scumbags wiped out all the records, test results, patient portal conversations, and even the evidence of the fact that I was a patient of that filthy government’s flunky, Chaplin. As explained in the PeaceHealth post, Chaplin wrote:
“I had spoken to the cancer specialist at Willamette Valley cancer. They recommended flow cytometry rather than MRI with contrast to determine if there is cancer present.”
Since PeaceHealth had been criminally blocking my access to the recommended immunohistochemical test — flow cytometry —I had to try to find other “professionals.” Willamette Valley Cancer Institute that told Chaplin to order an appropriate test for me sounded like a logical next step. I contacted it and received an immediate response telling me to send more information and send the records where it says that Chaplin was told by one of the Willamette Valley cancer center’s oncologists to order the specific diagnostic test for me.
I sent the documents. That time, I did not hear from them for several days. Finally, this message was left on my voicemail:
It says that they “do not diagnose” cancer and do not “place requests for testing.” Notably, on its website, the “cancer institute” boasts about its own laboratory. The website also says that a patient is “encouraged” to get a referral but it is not necessary. Additionally, it says that a patient can even come for a second opinion.
Obviously, the filthy criminals in white coats that work in that “cancer institute and research center” have been instructed by the criminals that have induced the disease and have been attacking me in other ways not to provide any “care” to me. And for their paycheck, they would do just about any atrocity.
There was “no diagnosis” because I was unable to get access to the diagnostic tests — at the time, for several months; today — it has been a YEAR. Note that the caller still tells me to go to another “cancer center.”
Importantly, for several months no one was able to leave a voicemail on my phone. That feature is no longer available to me. I was told so many times that my “voicemail box is always full and cannot accept any messages.” Of course, it is not true and I tried to contact verizon but there is no way to have it working again because the criminals do not want anyone to call me and leave voicemails.
I tried to use legal proceedings to restrain the criminals from blocking my access to “medical” services and cancer diagnostics and treatment. Filthy Aiken maliciously sat on my urgent motion for 71 days prior to manufacturing a deceitful 2-page “opinion” in which she completely ignored the actual contents of my motion. That’s a favorite tactic of the criminals — ignoring the substance of the question and pretend to “not understand.”
Now, the Ninth Circuit continues criminally suppressing my action. Because what they do is criminal and malicious, and they have no “discretion” or even authority to handle any case in the way they “handle” mine, I have reported the fraud to Murguia, the court’s administrator. So far, Murguia does not seem to think that the sham-proceedings and endless fraud of the circuit circus she is in charge of and my inability to access cancer diagnostics and treatment for a year because of that, should be addressed.
